Illinois Historical Preservation Agency To Review The Palace Theater
I recieved an email today from the IHPA. They will be in Elmwood tomorrow to review the damaged buildings and would also like to see The Palace Theater. They also mentioned that there are emergency funds available for situations like this. We will have to wait to see what their assessment is.
