Please don’t destroy our city’s beautiful buildings. Once they’ve gone they can never come back
Keep up the good fight
Don’t give up the fight, there’s still hope!!
Just don’t man. Not cool, not cool at all.
to whom it may concern,
PLEASE, PLEASE, save the Palace Thetre
The Palace Theatre is part of Melbourne history. it would by a crime against Melbourne and the people of Melbourne if it was to go for something as tacky as a hotel, no matter how many stars it might have.
I can’t believe it,this is gut wrenching.
Everything is sold off to overseas investors,I have absolutely no respect for all these fat wallet money hungry executives selling off land and property and not even considering keeping something that has so much history attached to it.
To late now and just like the rest of the city another ugly building will be erected by an overseas investor.
History is second choice in this country. They should learn a thing or two from Europe about preserving history and the buildings that also make that up.
Idiots!!!
Please do not destroy the heritage of the Palace Theatre in Melbourne. Historical buildings such as the Palace Theatre should be preserved not gutted and sold off like a piece of old rubbish.
I cannot understand these greedy greedy people .. leave something of Melbourne please.
1 of the worlds most liveable cities …please stop destroying it! How can it be in that category when you keep changing it? People want it the way it is, if they didn’t they would not have voted that way.
People are looking for places to film because so many older places have been destroyed, and this is a very important part of Melbourne and her history.
